Home flooring

Hey, I hope some of you can help with my decision about what kind of flooring to buy. My "new" place is a mobile home, 1400 SF. Near water. Was looking at vinyl plank, but now thinking about laminate or even sheet vinyl.
Have researched all, keep coming back to vinyl plank. Seems expensive, adding in the installation. Any thoughts?

I am beyond thrilled with it. It looks great and will likely be very durable. Some people are able to install it themselves and save $.

Also, I worked with a small business that has great online ratings. They gave me a price that was maybe 10% below what Shaw advertised online. So you may not want to go by the advertised prices and instead get bids. I am not physically capable of installation and it’s an old house with tricky floors that required leveling. So I don’t know what they might have bid if I were doing installation.
