I'm new at this, so is it alright to cut back my early blooming tulips? I dead headed them weeks ago...they are foxtrots, for the Army.

cut back the leaves. That’s how they make their ‘food’/energy for next year. Once the leaves die back you can remove them I would guess.

Leaving about 4" high. Same for daffodils.
