so it will be a while before I get any (W PA). Usually it is 4th of July for berry picking, so I will start watching earlier. I am noticing many of my indicator dates are off----almost two weeks earlier on many things.

But there is no global warming.

Only about 1/12 of the berries on the vines (at most) were ready. Some were already overripe, so I think I'm going to have to start checking for ripe ones every day for the next few weeks.

The squash are full of blooms, the carrots and shallots are in early stages, and we just planted our tomatoes and peppers. I've still got annuals from last year that never stopped blooming. We didn't have a winter. Shit's fucked up.
