Unfortunately, a hundred year old house and two dogs own me. The bank doesn't - don't owe 'em a dime - but my other stuff pretty much drains every penny. However, this is a gardener's dream, and I expect it will be well established and widely available long before I get too old to garden the way I do now. Wish your friend the best.
