You lucked out in finding just the right house--must mean all systems are go for this big change in your life. You will love having the space to have a garden growing all kinds of vegetables--including corn. I look forward to your blog posts and Instagram pics!
Also, you will love one-story living. Although our house is a two-story, we only live on the first floor as it has everything we need. The upstairs is used for storage.
Loved the pic of the dogs on their pillow in front of the fireplace.
