Whilst tilling some space to plant some buckwheat, tilled up some toads. Big ones, medium ones and baby ones. Miracle they survived. Guess they live underground for the winter and emerge when it gets warm enough. There is a first for everything when gardening!

Hunting mushrooms one year in MO and they were emerging. Saw 4 or 5 All muddy or whiter as they dried. I love nature!

When I was churning up a planting bed with the shovel. Felt really bad about it.
But I did leave the two along who were fornicating in the driveway all day yesterday.
