I met a splendid fellow today at the park.

A fourteen month old yellow lab Dunc the golden chonk and pup played in the stream . So far he’s cost his family around $5000 in emergency vet surgery as he ate a dad sock that needed removed and pup destroyed a sectional by destuffing it.
His other hobbies are.
Stick collecting
Eating rabbit poop
Rolling in anything dead
Loves mud
Mud puddles
Baths grooming definitely a NO.
Defending his hooomans car at automatic car wash they mentioned pup loses it.

And as i sat and chatted with the young couple I could see how much they loved their pup. And i started thinking of my menace Boog the chocolate lab.
We are fortunate that dogs chose us thousands of years ago. Probably a Boog or Dunc the chonk type wolf in personality that wandered into humans camp looking for snacks.
