I tell DH if she was a human and stacked her toys like that at school we'd have the Department of Children's services beating our door down.

I had a TV stand that was small enough that if he tried from every side he could reach something under it. The gap at the bottom was just high enough to get his front legs under. He would deliberately roll small balls under the stand and then go round and round the stand maneuvering them back out. Victory prance, ball in mouth, then repeat.
