I read through all of the DU serious posts about everything in America and the world concerns me…and then I see a post from Siwsan about her kitties and I jump to it immediately because this sweet post always brings me joy, not pain, conflict or sadness. Thank you Siwsan.

These sweethearts have helped me keep my sanity somewhat in tact during the nightmare of tfg and the pandemic. And when there were losses and my heart was breaking, I knew I could turn to DU for words of comfort.

I understand that such things aren't everyone's cup of tea but a lot of people seem to enjoy following this adventure.

I used to be catowned when I was somewhat younger.

Now that I have issues getting up from hands and knees, I get to enjoy cats without the need to empty a litter box.

It's hard to believe I've never actually met these cats. I feel like I know them all purrsonally!
