are easy with the right food. But cats are very, very smart!! Been in your shoes years ago with a trap, neuter and release group. They smell the people scent on the traps and it scares them. Have known a few people that used the kitty pheromone sprays after cleaning the traps and only handling them with gloves. If only they knew we were really trying to help them..

help themselves. They all have that soundtrack to "Born Free" running thru their heads.

Best of luck to you. Best stuff I've used has been 9-Lives Meaty Pate, cheap bologna (remove red plastic "rind&quot , and smoked kippers.

I keep asking him to let us help him.

Warm in winter, cool in summer, perpetual food & clean water, & lots of love await him.

We will keep trying.

Ty!

I think the first few times we tried to trap cats, we got opossums instead. Then we caught cats that were already fixed. Eventually we got the right ones. Over the last 5 years or so we've probably trapped 6 or 7 cats and get them fixed. Our last neighborhood was overrun with feral cats. Good luck!
