(52,288 posts)The same thing happened to me on June 2, 2020 and it was the worst day of my life. Tell your daughter that people who have had near death experiences and those who are about to die in hospice care see their pets and they are young and happy and playing and will be there for us when we are reunited. I completely believe in this since it has been documented all around the world with various cultures.

Daughter will likely see not only George but also our Bedlington Terrier, Toni, who passed in our DC home 20? years ago.
