Related: About this forumMadoc has no pity for my need to sleep
I woke up at 3, this morning, and fell back to sleep at about 5. At 6:40 (admittedly late for me) Madoc started trying to pull the comforter off of me! I probably could have slept for another hour but NOOOOO. Some things take priority over that and timely feeding of the fur babies must be #1 on that list.
On the bright side, Arthur's problem seems to have completely resolved. The vet does want to check him, again, but that will have to wait. It's snowing and the office is right next to the exit ramp of one of the most notorious for winter road accident areas in the county. I'll keep him on the antibiotics for one more day. The steroids were marked as being 2 doses so he is done with those. I will hold on to the bottle, since it is good for another 4 months, just in case...............

(27,261 posts)The stool sample came back as 'clear' of any problems. I don't have to bring him back in unless the problem returns. That means I don't have to bother clearing the driveway until tomorrow. Or Friday. Who knows.
We are going to snuggle in, today. I'll probably use the fireplace. All of the schools are closed so they must be anticipating we will get the higher end of the snow prediction.

(66,035 posts)sleep in until 9:00--or at least that's the plan.
Unfortunately, my cats never switched from Daylight Saving Time, so Lucy starts badgering me at 8:00 a.m. That means, of course, that to some degree I am still on DST.
