Litter allergy is pretty low on my list of suspects but nothing ventured, nothing gained.

I've always been very satisfied with their products.

It's not a big bag so it won't last long.

Our vet uses that at his office and Kitty "boarding house" and recommended it 2 years ago. Works great.

I took my cat to the vet because she has something in her butt and some parts of her body it was really bad especially ..in her butt .vet say it was environmental allergies .vet prescribed a drug in table form called. Apoquel 16 mg.is a medicine for dogs but she say work well in cats too with allergies .my cat has to use this medicine all the time .

His behavior doesn't change, much. He still likes to play, his appetite is good and his litter box use hasn't really changed. There's no swelling or tenderness.

I'm beginning to think the licking makes what ever is happening MUCH more irritated. He just had another dose of the steroid and I have no doubt he will be back to normal within an hour. Then I'll just keep an eye on him. He likes to take his naps on my lap, which makes things much easier. Not particularly productive, but easier.

a wood-based pellet kind, I think Nature's Best. Most cats seem to like it and it's easy to clean, also doesn't smell. I recommend it. I used to use something called "Yesterday's News" that was made of recycled newsprint and was also pellet-like. It was stinkier though easy to clean. I really like the pine. Some people recommend crystals for his kind of problem, like Pretty Litter, but they are expensive. Try the pine type. You can probably get it at your local co-op, or if you have a Tractor Supply nearby.

I picked up the Nature's Miracle corn cob one, to start. It seemed pretty basic.

I wonder if something like this might work for him?

I just did the morning butt check on Arthur and he's good, today.

I also noticed that the last time I had to put him in the collar, he just sat patiently while I connected it and went about his day without once trying to pull it off!
