Gryff seems to be shifting to the 'Jerk' dark side, with Madoc

This morning, Sian woke me up by doing her best imitation of a kitten martial artist. When Carys saw I was awake she came running up to me, giving me head bumps and asking for some pets and scritches. This is VERY rare morning behavior for her. I was thrilled.

Then, out of NOWHERE, Gryff pounced and knocked Carys off of the bed!! Arthur ran up to see what was going on. The look on his face was priceless. Madoc observed from a distance, no doubt satisfied his apprentice is learning the true skills of jerkism.

I don't live a glamorous life but I do live an interesting one.

Sian is absolutely fearless. Of course, she might be in cahoots with Gryff and Madoc.

She may not end up as big as the guys but strategy is everything.

Then they'd play chase. One day Zoey figured this out and as soon as Basil jumped up on the bed, she ran up to him, bopped him on the nose, then run away with him in close pursuit. She still got her chase on, but she did it without being bullied first. After that, she rarely got jumped on.

Cats do help make life interesting, for sure.
