Related: About this forumI have 2 new kittens, Monte and July :) Looking for advice on pet insurance
Are there any pet insurance companies that you don't have to pay everything up front and then haggle with them for reimbursement later?
I'm concerned because if one of them has an accident and needs help right away that would include surgery or something like that. I don't want cash on hand to become the difference between life and death.
Left is Monte (really big for 5 months) and July is 3 months. This was taken just hours after they met for the first time

Not sure about the insurance. I think it's kind of like people insurance in that it may not cover anything preexisting. I do recommend, though. I have a co-worker who also got two littermates and, unfortunately, one started having seizures. The sick kitteh needed MRIs and specialty care. The insurance save my coworker, literally thousands of dollars.

I wish I knew the answer to your insurance question, but I have no idea. If anyone has an answer, I'll be interested to hear it myself.
