Related: About this forumI am so proud of Othello.
Othello has been doing good.Last week a friend was over and he hung out with us the whole time. He used to make himself scarce when anyone came over. He goes to the bathroom when the front door opens I trained him to do that however He comes right out after I tell him it's ok and steps right up to my counselor to say hi on home visits too. He has progressed so much from the skittish little kitty he was.
And of course a pic.

(27,286 posts)My Gryff was very shy. He hid but then we would see him peeking around corners, watching what was going on.
One day, out of the blue, he jumped up on my brother's lap. I thought bro was gong to cry. Tears of joy, of course. He's a big time Cat Daddy and LOVES black cats.
Now Gryff is pretty much the chief greeter when guests stop by.
