Related: About this forumRhian is such a silly little girl
Every morning she is the first at the door when I bring out breakfast. I pick her and Bronwyn up and give them each a kiss and then dish out the food. Out I go to feed the outdoor kidcats but when I open the porch door to come back inside, Rhian is ALWAYS waiting for one more kiss. Mind you, she hasn't eaten, yet. She just waits for me to come back. After the kiss, THEN she starts eating.
She and her sister are absolute fluff balls, with their Winter coats. I'll try to get another photo later this afternoon. They might be inheriting the old cat tree since I'm heading out to HOPEFULY buy a new one for the indoor kidcats.

Now we know. Your family of KitKats is royal. All of them.

(25,685 posts)I think what you do with all your cat herd both inside and out is wonderful.
How many now do you have in the house, 5?
There's Madoc, Arthur, Siam, Cary and Gryff. Did I miss anyone?
The 2 on the porch; Rhiam and Bronwyn, and how many do you care for outside?
I can't imagine what your cat food bill is or litter costs for the indoor cats.
Sorry for the questions, but I'm just so impressed with what you do for these cats and just want to relate correctly when you mention them.

(27,286 posts)I just don't want to risk throwing off the harmony that exists inside, now. Who knows, though. I've already decided if we get harsh, dangerously cold weather, they will be moved to the sun room. And who knows.
The outside number fluctuates but is usually about 5. Every once in a while I can give some of them a quick scritch.
It's Madoc, Gryff, Arthur, Carys and Sian that are full time inside. Dylan, Rhys, Rhian and Bronwyn are socialized 'ferals'. Snowdon is getting ever so slightly more trusting and has let me give him a few mini scritches. I'm hopeful he will socialize. Dot is, I believe, a lost cause. She does come inside to eat but is VERY nervous when I'm out with them.
