My fur babies have suddenly gotten REALLY fussy about what squeeze treats are acceptable

Last night they turned their collective noses up at the squeeze treat that they have LOVED - right up until they tasted Chulu. Apparently the Catit squeeze treats are peasant treats. No problem. The 'peasants' are thrilled.

So guess what feline spoiling mom just ordered a big multi pack of their preferred treat. It arrives today. I should be safe from rebellion for a while, anyway.

1. For mixed households... I'm told pups REALLY love snealing in & getting into the Chulus too!

5. Gryff may have to be sent to rehab because of those treats

He goes absolutely PRIMAL at treat time. The rest of the kidcats sit very calmly, figuring if they aren't pawing at my hand, they'll get more time at the treat tube. Not Gryff. He tries to GRAB my hand so that I don't dare move for fear of being shredded. Very un-Gryff like behavior.

3. A big order of their favorite treat? You know what that means?

They won’t like it and will want the other treats. They do need to remind you who truly rules the home.

A few months ago, our local Tractor Supply had a great sale on kibble, so I got a 20 lbs bag of their favorite. My three savages decided it was inedible ersatz, probably due to the source, and refused to touch it. Even my feral were dubious at first, as they'd never seen the good cat food before. Took a long to get that eaten up!

that he will no longer eat inaba treats, only delectables.

6. I just went through that with some wet food that Arthur just loved. And now doesn't.

He is learning, thought, that mom will no longer open can after pouch after can to see what tickles his fancy. He eats what I open or he's dining on kibble.

He might be a King but I'm his mom and that out ranks him, every time.

They get frequent reiterations of the "Come to Bastet" lecture.
Then they forget.
CATS!

And maybe an electronic payment card for monthly food and medical subsidy.

After human children and seniors are covered of course.
