Merlin claimed that he's not too small and insisted on demonstrating how fierce he can be by pouncing on me and Gryff, holding tight with his murder mittens and nipping with his slathering jaws of death. Of course when I woke up, this morning, he was back to being a sweet, snuggly little wizard.
I also believe I underestimated his connection with his siblings.
He now has free run of the house because no barrier can thwart his mighty wizard powers. I've been feeding him in the den to keep the big kid cats from stealing his food. This morning he refused to eat! That kind of worried me because he's usually a voracious eater. Then it dawned on me that he wants to eat with the other siblings. I moved him and his dish to the kitchen and he immediately started to eat. He probably stole some of their food. Well, not Carys' food. She's definitely not impressed by that little wizard.
This morning I did some early shopping and when I got home he was so excited that he was hopping up and down. What a treasure.
