President Nixon's former White House counsel, John W. Dean, III, told the Senate Watergate Committee about Nixon's “enemies list. ”He released a 1971 memo, written by presidential advisor (now Reverend) Charles Colson, proposing the use of "available federal machinery to screw our political enemies." http://bit.ly/17FimNf
