Sarojini Naidu, a renowned Indian poetess, was arrested as a leader of the nonviolent “raid” on the Dharasana Salt Works, a salt production facility. She had assumed leadership of the effort to break the salt monopoly after the arrest of Mahatma Gandhi. http://bit.ly/LoIg7Q
