What this will do is censor traffic stops (or other events) of black people who film to protect themselves from excessive and illegal practices by the police during their interactions - which have absolved them of any crime OR has proven the police committed a crime up to manslaughter or murder.

But the police want cameras and other surveillance tools everywhere to watch YOU.

It doesn't just target bystanders and witnesses, this law is also clearly intended to prevent people who are stopped, questioned and detained by police from recording their own interactions with cops to prove their rights are being violated.
