In small counties and town in Montana. Getting ready to go to a public hearing in a little while because the county commissioners wrote an ordinance without telling anyone. So many people showed up to the commission meeting the next day that they had to expand it to the fairgrounds tonight. Their "ordinance" was not composed properly, they never spoke to the people it impacts, like a long time business that is an icon, so lots of people are pissed.

It's what they get away with all the time.
