UPLAND California-- The federal Drug Enforcement Administration served a search warrant Monday at G3 Holistic Inc., a medical marijuana dispensary that has been at odds with the city for the past couple of years.
The Appellate Court on Nov. 9 ruled in favor of the city's ban, but G3 appealed the decision to the state Supreme Court, which decided in January to review the case.

(13,905 posts)The DEA and FBI are vigorously attacking progressives these days. Stealing medicine from legitimate medical cannabis patients and providers, stalking and harassing activists of every stripe, even going as far as deeming them to be terrorists.
This isn't the change I voted for. I hate Holder, and don't care much for his boss either. WTF?!

(841 posts)Sandusky and five others affiliated with G3 were arrested and indicted in June on federal drug-trafficking charges.
Sandusky, the president of G3 Holistic, a now-closed medical-marijuana cooperative in Upland, has opened a legal defense fund to help him pay attorney fees and some living expenses while he is under house arrest awaiting his trial.
Sandusky is one of about 100 people across the country who have been indicted by the federal government since President Barack Obama took office in 2009, said Kris Hermes, a spokesman for Oakland-based Americans for Safe Access.
