Garden Grove seeks feds' help to oust pot clinics

The Patients be damned again......... Screw State Laws...

Police Chief Kevin Raney told the City Council Tuesday night his department has been in touch with federal agents and "they will be coming to Garden Grove in the future."

In a brief interview, Raney declined to elaborate on specifics of the city's request but said his department is seeking the DEA's help in "enforcing federal law."

In January, the city stopped registering the marijuana dispensaries pending unresolved legal disputes in California. State law allows for the medical use of marijuana. Federal law does not.

San Diego and San Bernardino Counties were right up there as the worst...
For many years local Governments have played the legal game to keep Dispensaries out..
None have gone with the spirit of the States laws at all since it was implemented so many years ago..
It is so bad that even local Police come and do the Job of the DEA without the Authority...
RAIDS, confiscations, Shutdowns but very few arrest ever...

Fact is the Courts have been ruling in favor of the States laws recently..
Finding that all the Cities and Counties are in violation of the States Laws themselves..

So here is another Smoking Gun Folks..
All Local Police and Officials who have fought so hard against MMJ Access have called in the Feds for help...

So its not about the Law at all..
It about CONTROL.....
