(19,497 posts)And I think I know why Controllers like TT so much.
They're infamous, and even boastful, of not engaging in democratic debate. They have their safe havens and their ignore lists with dozens of names. They love to alert stalk people, demand people be banned and probably sit at their computers with their fingers in their ears and their eyes squeezed tightly shut while chanting, "La! La! La! La! La!" so they don't have to see the mean ol' words on the computer screen that refuse to agree with them.
But along comes TT with his vapid cartoons. In them he depicts long, detailed conversations. Except this time the conversation evolves exactly according to the emotional requirements of the like-minded. No more messy facts or pointing out errors of logic. Just create your own foe, feed him the lines you want him to say and them pretend your smart enough to defeat him.
VOILA!
The Controllers can now dance around chanting, "I'm so smart! I'm so smart! I made you look stupid because I'm so smart!"
As to this latest foray into silliness --
If more guns aren't the answer would you be willing to disarm the ATF?
