How N.J. Dems will beat Christie's override on gun control

With the last chance to override the governor's veto of gun control legislation looming, N.J. Assembly Majority Leader Louis Greenwald (D-Camden) isn't afraid to name the names of the Republicans he is watching.

"There are at least three members of their party (who) have already decided to override the veto," Greenwald said on the latest edition of The Backgrounder Podcast.

"Chris Brown of Atlantic County, Jack Ciattarelli (of Somerset County) who is now in a split district, and Jay Webber (of Morris County). We only need two of those three to stay the course. I can't imagine why they would change (their positions), but you never know."

Greenwald pointed out that Republicans Assembly members who flipped from their support for gun control legislation last year ended up losing their seats.
