YES!!!!! Bernie supports repeal of PLCAA!!!!!! Fuck the NRA!!!!!!

Democratic Sen. Bernie Sanders is announcing his support for legislation that would reverse a 2005 law granting gun manufacturers legal immunity that he once supported

CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — On the eve of the next Democratic debate, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders announced his support for legislation that would reverse a 2005 law granting gun manufacturers legal immunity that he once supported.

Sanders' changed position came in a statement issued after days of attacks from rival Hillary Clinton, who had attempted to use his previous vote to undercut his liberal image.

The two candidates, along with former Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley, will meet Sunday for the last debate before voting begins in the Iowa caucuses — a match-up that's expected to be far more contentious than their previous three forums.

The debate was scheduled to take place just blocks from the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church, where nine parishioners were killed in a mass shooting last summer. Gun control has emerged as a central theme in the race, with Clinton citing it as one of the major differences between the candidates.

Didn't see what he was asking.

If Skinner took the time to check out his "vacation" track record it might give him pause and to alert the MIRT guys to keep an eye on him as a serial disruptor.

He got 3 hides in 2 days based on his "gunlicking" image and posts.

Gone til Mid Feb either way.

His repeated return after 90 restrictions imply his interest in remaining active which seems counter to getting abusive but whatever.

With over 4,000 posts, he is out of MIRT's domain.

Since he'll be back for Valentine's Day, I might have to send him a heart.

... and treats any question, basic correction or even a difference of opinion as a direct, personal assault on his vivid, imaginary world and his made up rules.

OTOH, he feels completely free to abuse and demean anyone that differs from his narrow world view.

C'mon, three hides in two days from the same picture and he still doesn't get it? That's a level of density approaching depleted uranium.

I seriously doubt his claims to being a "professor", just based on his consistently poor use of spelling and grammar alone, but heaven help the students if he is any kind of instructor.

Based on past behavior, send him a heart and he'll likely accuse you of an attack of some kind on his family and marriage, but you're a better person that I am for it.

problem is there are millions of Hispanics here
In this country and they are not being put into camps or murdered. Ethnic cleansing is want was done during the Holocaust, Bosnia, Crimea, Africa and the middle eats where millions were murdered. You are against the deportation of people that had their day in court with appeals and lost. The court ordered them to leave and they refused. They were apprehended and deported. Every country to be a country has to have immigration rules and laws. You want none and I guess would allow anyone to come here and Stat as long as they want.

I don't see this as a problem. That's where we differ.

Your support for the mass deportation of Iowans is noted.

Donald Trump agrees with you.

Democrats disagree.

Notice how he used my words and quoted them out of context to infer I am a racist. He knows excacly what he did by leaving out the rest of my my post and that sentence.

A plea from the sender to allow him to have the last word with his lies does not impress me.

If he didn't want a response, he wouldn't have sent the email in the first place.

You don't get to harass people with accusations and lies and try to bully them into silence with threats just to get the last word in.

If you want to cut off a conversation, just stop.

It's really not all that hard.

This post is disruptive, hurtful, rude, insensitive, over-the-top, or otherwise inappropriate.

ALERTER'S COMMENTS

This isn't just about this post. Look at the thread in it's entirety and I think you will see a pattern of "disruptive" behavior. Disagree but don't be disruptive or mean about it.

You served on a randomly-selected Jury of DU members which reviewed this post. The review was completed at Sun Jan 17, 2016, 02:07 PM, and the Jury voted 3-4 to LEAVE IT.

Juror #1 voted to HIDE IT

Juror #2 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: Duckhunter935 is a well-known DU troll
Juror #3 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: This is disruptive, insulting and just plain childish.
Juror #4 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: juvenile, but no hide.
Juror #5 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #6 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: The post was over the top. There was no need to call someone an a$$ just because of something they wrote. Just answer the question and continue the debate.
Juror #7 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE

Then you can get a bill to repeal the law started, pass it with overwhelming support and have it signed. No problem with all your financial and time support.

The reality is, as the President, there isn't anything he can do without both houses and a repeal or new bill.

"Much ado about nothing", or a whole lot of wishful thinking that, as usual, allows gun control supporters to get all excited and do and achieve nothing in the real world.

How much $$ have you donated to the cause? Which is your favorite, effective gun control organization? Brady? Everytown? MDA?

As a hard core control supporter you must spend a lot of your time doing something, besides whining online and getting a steady series of vacations.

Pssst! Here's a little hint from the real world. Posting "FUCK THE NRA" repeatedly doesn't really do anything but make you feel all warm and fuzzy. Doesn't even piss anybody off. Least of all the 5 million plus dues paying members they have.

To achieve anything beyond looking in the mirror and telling yourself how cool you are to be a gun control supporter, you have to get involved at a personal level. It seems you are just one more "Keyboard Kommando" on gun control.

And of course, pretty much a laugh riot, as has been pointed out to you several times before.

As a result your POV is irrelevant to the issue and the conversation.
