Former NYPD "Good Guy" Exercises 2nd Amendment Rights By Shooting His 2 Sons

The one thing that I've learned, is that there is NO Argument that a loaded gun can't solve.

In this case, it appears that again, the gun owner won the argument, although perhaps he lost the war in the fact he is now dead.

I'm sure he loved his sons dearly, which is why he showed them how much, by putting bullets into their bodies.

1. Murder (illegal misuse of a firearm).

Knowing that murder with a gun happens 10-ish thousand times annually in a nation where roughly 100 million people own roughly 300 million guns, how do you suggest that people who own guns but do not commit murder, and their guns, be dealt with?

That should not be the case. Of course murder is illegal, no matter the means used.

...that is the addenda pasted on by the author of the OP. I can't find any legal/constitutional right to murder, either.

Aren't these allegedly the most highly trained people trusted with guns?

Not sure how that helps in these instances, but it makes many feel better.

7. family murder suicides are not uncommon in Japan,

the difference is that all are classified as suicides, including the kids, and guns are not used.

I seriously doubt the lack of a gun would have made a difference.

of the exploiting of people's suicides to promote a political agenda, does my friends sucide by rope count? or my other friends overdose? when people are depressed and see no way out they usually resort to suicide. ive been in that dark place i know what its like, luckily i got help, i have a strong support group. you want to stop suicides, identify the causes not the tools.

how shooting someone = 2nd Amendment rights. I have read the Amendment very carefully and cannot find anything indicating it negates laws defining murder. If it does override such laws, why are so many people charged after shooting someone?

11. Sounds like you shouldn't own a gun if that's the only solution you'd use in an argument.

Is your SO aware of this??? You need different music in your life...

I treat my wife like Christ says.

That being said I also make sure I have the tools necessary should an emergency arise.
