This is a pretty amazing exchange.

"Maggie Haberman made a career out of articles about Hillary's emails."
YES.
(And Haberman's mom works at Rubenstein, a PR firm that has worked with the Kushners)

(149 posts)Is not going to do us any favors. Hillary had her own server which she used to conduct official business via email. Kushner and others are using a mix of texts, gmail and *.gov emails to conduct official business. It's not the exact same thing. I guess the biggest diff is that Hillary had a lot more control over the access that anyone could have to her emails.
Maggie gets a lot of grief for trying to remain impartial and report facts; I feel like that's what she's doing here.

(6,916 posts)Hillary's two Republican predecessors did the same thing with a private server.
The GW Bush white house used a private server to avoid the records act; Rove and Bush used it to delete email and OBSTRUCT a federal investigation.
(I don't care that much about Kushner.)
Why did the media not report on the other people that used a private server? Or Rove deleting private emails to obstruct justice?
