I have stopped watching

CNN and MSNBC for about three weeks now. I continue reviewing stories here on DU, and other sites I have come to trust (mostly sites that cite reputable periodical articles). I have regained about 3 hours of my time per day, and about half of my sanity -- a work in progress.

source for news. It's filtered, curated, reviewed, fact checked, includes background and history, and random alternate opinions. It presages the mainstream news media, sometimes by months or weeks. I still watch some mainstream news, but I don't trust it like DU.
