You will still be able to see an article if you go directly there from a weblink. But it seems like browsing their site will be behind a paywall.
Also it stays free for home delivery subscribers. Also for "students, teachers, school administrators, government employees and military personnel who sign on from their schools or workplaces."

My guess is, however, that like with the New York Times, the cost will be unaffordable.

For $14.99 a month, readers can get a premium package that includes access to all of The Posts custom apps, which make it easier to see material on gadgets such as iPads and iPhones.
And 20 articles for free. I can see why they want to do it because they do need money.
