Oh, C'mon Chris Matthews. Why not welcome Ed to your time slot?

As you say, you keep talking all week, reminding us that your program will be broadcasted only once a day. Fine.

I don't know if I will watch Ed daily, will certainly catch him on occasion.

But when you keep saying that we will meet you only at 7:00 (ET), don't you think that many viewers are confused about what will take place at 5:00? Yeah, I get it. Not your job to explain this. But welcoming Ed would be.... generous.
