Rachel Maddow's defense of Keith Olbermann in 2010.

If you are a listener of Keith's podcast as I am, you've probably heard him talk about how his return to MSNBC in early 2022 was thwarted by Rachel Maddow. Happened to find this clip from 2010 of her talking about his suspension from MSNBC for political donations and you'll hear her strongly in his support. Love both of these folks and I recall a few people wondering what happened with the two of them. This makes me wonder all the more.

But he always takes things very personally and carries grudges. And he's always crowing about how he got money out of networks when they fired him... gleeful. I don't begrudge the money, but there's something narcissistic about how he regards these all as his victories.

But I do appreciate his dog stories.

I LOVE Keith and his podcasts and listen to them all. I just wish he wouldn’t trash the people he worked with. It’s always someone else’s fault. It’s not a good look, imo.
