Why is the Army firing men/women leaders seemingly all at once?

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/army-fires-command-sergeant-major-of-1st-information-operations-command/ar-AA1oSAKc?ocid=msedgntp&pc=U531&cvid=a7b542fa71aa422abd2b7dfee3729f74&ei=14

Command Sgt. Maj. Harold “Ed” Jarrell has been relieved as the senior enlisted for the Army’s 1st Information Operations Command, an Army spokesperson confirmed, marking the third time within a month that the Army has fired a command sergeant major of a brigade or larger unit.

Others who got the boot:

Command Sgt. Major Veronica E. Knapp, the senior enlisted leader for Joint Task Force-National Capital Region/United States Army Military District of Washington.

and

Command Sgt. Maj. Matthew Carlson, the former senior enlisted leader for the 173rd Airborne Brigade in Vicenza, Italy.

Things that give me pause.

(with exceptions being fairly rare?) But the services do not generally have a history or record of unwarranted dismissal for command.

(any chance this has something to do with the sexual harassment/abuse cases that, continue, to rise to the surface?)

They were relieved of command. They still have the same rank and pay. For a Command Master thee are no more promotions. Could be for many reasons but there was no court marshals as far as I know.
