I am sure the Supreme Court will not even bother with this, because of the cost.

But if they agree, I will get at least partial payment for an additional 28 years. I won't hold my breath. I saw a psychiatrist while in the army. I was told that his findings were that I was homesick. It wasn't until 1995 when I could no longer work at all and went to the VA for medical, that I learned that the psychiatrist had found me to have anxiety disorder and was bipolar. After leaving the service, I was homeless for 3 years and also off and on. Mostly I had part time jobs when I did work.
