Both alive and gone, is to end the GQP Cult, hell bent on destroying our country and give it to trump. Otherwise, all those veterans served in vane.
It is time for non military Americans to go to war and give their efforts to help save what we all served for.
Vote, protect the vote, get everybody you know to vote. A whole lot easier than those that faught in jungles and deserts, especially soldiers that bled there.
Show us what we did/do, mattered. Do more than say thanks for your service, your turn to serve.
We are on the brink.

If you are able,
save them a place
inside of you
and save one backward glance
when you are leaving
for the places they can
no longer go.
Be not ashamed to say
you loved them,
though you may
or may not have always.
Take what they have left
and what they have taught you
with their dying
and keep it with your own.
And in that time
when men decide and feel safe
to call the war insane,
take one moment to embrace
those gentle heroes
you left behind.
