I wondered whether or not I could flag him.. but I am sure the Jury (These days) would come out with a LEAVE IT, status. I suppose he has a right to say that crap, despite what we think and know. And I know what you mean about the juries. I alerted on a post once where I felt police officers were compared to Nazis. The jury voted to LEAVE IT ALONE. One of them commented: "So?"

That seems rude to me. Its like they are telling you, to just STFU. I do not understand how people can be so heartless, and in compassionate about issues dealing with their fellow Americans. This idea of, "Screw them..they chose to go to war, they deserve what they get" is so juvenile. I have heard some right wing comments that have just made me so angry, and to see it crop up here out of Democrats is just infuriating. Democrats are better than this, and we all know it.

I alerted on this winner and a jury let it stand. I flipped out and nearly quit DU over it.
