Any recommendation for a teeth whitening product for seniors?

I'm drinking more tea lately and I've noticed what a darkening effect its had on my teeth. Yikes!

Any ideas? I've heard some of those strips can be an irritant to your mouth.

Thanks!

I polish my teeth weekly dipping a Qtip in mouthwash, dipping then in baking soda and rubbing. The stain comes right off on the Qtips. I'm 51 and have very white teeth.

PS. I'm a smoker, tea and coffee drinker; so I have stain potential.

but I haven't seen much improvement. I guess my "case" is further gone that yours!

BTW, my dentist advised against baking soda as he said it thins the enamel so I've cut back on it to a few times a week only.
