Say you are out to dinner with your in-laws and things are going along ok with half a bottle of wine under your belts and someone brings up Obamacare and proceeds to launch into a huge harangue against Obama and the Dems and that person knows we are strong Democrats. a
I disagreed with her but later regretted it and wished I'd just kept quiet - it was a social occasion after all and just because she was rude I needn't have compounded it.

(38,382 posts)The discussion was about Obamacare and the other party started with the SRWTP's. I went on to say that my premiums were going to double from $782 to $193 per month. He siad, "What kind of math is that?" "Fox News Math!" The person who pointed out that 40 million people would now get health care was pretty much drowned out.
