It shows that this happened before - and that Philly Police are trying to self-correct.

Good, bad, indifferent - even though their actions were against the law - someone in their leadership feels that the end result was an injustice.

their "self-correcting" won't mean a thing, I feel. Wypipo will still be wypipo as the instigator of the Starbuck Incident and AA will still be subject to the summary judgement and most times execution by wypipo, both police and civilian.
