Watching Capehart on MSNBC - one of the few shows I still watch. Was not aware of this.
HRC underpaid David, and then terminated him, because he is Black, Davids lawyers wrote in the complaint, which was filed in federal court in New York.
The same senior executive, according to the complaint, criticized a Black staff member for meeting with a Black-owned consulting firm without a White person present because the firms employees might perform worse if they think they are working for people of their race.
NPR hopefully not behind a pay wall row DUers.

Alphonso David also should never have been advising anyone on Cuomo's response to allegations of sexual harassment, which is a justifiably fireable offensethese two things can both be true. What does Capehart have to do with the post since he is neither the author or quoted in either article?
