Theres urban of course. And urbans cousin inner-city.
And then theres at-risk, underserved and fatherless if talking about our children. Marginalized, low-income and welfare-dependent if talking about the parents of those children.
We live in Democratic strongholds like Chicago, but were also socialists and low-information voters taught critical race theory by Marxists so we can be anti-American. Our neighborhoods are sketchy and depressed ghettos filled with thugs and transient Section 8 renters employable only through affirmative action diversity quotas. If we choose to play a sport, we are naturally gifted, ungrateful, intimidating and somehow both aggressive and lazy.
In the decades since I first became aware of the coded language used to indicate Black people, Ive lost count of how many different euphemisms Ive read and heard to describe, well, me. I even considered creating a drinking game where Id take a shot each time Id heard a racist dog whistle during a politicians speech, but I probably wouldve died.

They had landed on the word "thug"... I guess that just didn't carry the racist appeal they were hoping it would.
An "urban" doesn't work because if any of them ever left the country and came to a city. They would discover an urban area is filled with literally everybody from all walks of life.
So now they're testing out "woke". What they don't understand, is that in the black community the word "Woke" Was beginning to become a joke, before they picked it up.
And so they can have it. Because we had already thrown it in the garbage where they found it.
Isn't it funny that these people aren't even intelligent enough to make up their own words to call us. they have to steal our words and try to denigrate us with that. I wonder if that's where they 1st heard the "n-word"
