Michael Moore, Here Comes Trouble, is a real page turner.
I'm almost finished reading Here Comes Trouble: Stories from My Life by Michael Moore. This was really good. He actually had alot of really interesting stories to tell about his life growing up. He talks about some of the political and media activism he was involved with before he got into making films. He helped start and run an alternative newspaper in Michigan. Before that he served on his local school board at the age of 18, making him maybe the youngest elected official in the country.
It's a collection of stories like the subtitle says. There is a story about him travelling to Germany to protest when President Reagan decided to visit the graves of the Nazi SS. Another tells about sneaking into a secret gathering of US corporate bosses planning to move factories to Mexico. Yet another tells about going inside a gathering of white supremacists to record the events. There are also some more personal stories, such as about the death of his mom. Anyways I really enjoyed this book. It's not boring at all.
