If Russia is so advanced with technology, why do they use high school graphics?

I was watching Rachel and she showed the " latest graphics" from Putin's speech today showing the superior graphics of of their new missiles capabilities. If they can hack our elections, why the Hell do they hire a 5th grader to create graphics for their new high tech weapons to display to the world. It is up there with the video during the DU hack. I don't know tech or graphics well and don't have the actual clip but it is pretty "low tech" as far as Rachel and I are concerned.

The tags are all there. Plus, the Ever So Revealing Homophobia. One might say Obsessed.

They don't even get the irony that they're behaving just like Nazis.

Same as it ever was. The good Russians either left or are being murdered.

I can't watch it again. Makes me have violent feelings.
