Melvin goes to the doctor.

Doctor: "What brings you here today?
Melvin: "I dunno, doc. I'm just not feeling well."
"Okay. Did you know that you have an asparagus spear in your nostril?"
"Yeah."
"Huh. And are you aware that you have a green bean in the other nostril?"
"Uh huh."
"And I notice that you have a carrot in your ear."
"Right."
"And a stalk of celery in the other ear."
"Yep."

The doctor thumbs through Melvin's paperwork. Melvin anxiously asks "Have you figured out what's wrong?".

"Yes," the doctor replies. "You don't seem to be eating right."
