Tomorrow I begin learning a particular style of Tail Chi from one who knows it.
I've decided that the past tense doesn't completely suit me, physically or mentally, and class is free for those over sixty years of age.
That, and thinking of rereading Tanizaki Junichiro's "In Praise of Shadows", a delightful little book on Japanese esthetics.
And I'm going to bake my first pumpkin walnut bread of the season today.
