My new book

My newest book is a horror novella called Slit. It's filled with gore and kinky sex and a nice seasoning of humor.

But it's not all like that. There are whole paragraphs that are entirely normal. I should have used that for the blurb: "Contains some paragraphs that are quite normal."

On one of the FB pages where I announced this novella. Someone replied that novellas are written by people without the patience to write complete novels. I tried to explain why he's mistaken about that, and it quickly devolved into unpleasantness, with him ending up telling me that it's not worth his time to waste his award-winning wisdom on me.

I was tempted to keep poking, just to see where and how far I could push things, but I restrained myself.

Award-winning wisdom! Golly!
