Bryant, Baez, Rizzo, all in a day.
Scwarber gone over a year.
About all that's left is Arieta & Hayward & there both "stick a fork in them" done.
But, according to the baseball experts they got quite the haul in prospects, which is how they broke over a century of disappointment in the first place.
It may be good business, but it's a sad day for Cubs fans. Even the pragmatic ones.

Also, 2016 7th game starter Kyle Hendricks is still on the Cubs, and pitching well.

(2,133 posts)and Trumpers. Like I said their "competition' tries to win. They never filled the holes in the lineup. They traded Darvish and they never really recovered from letting Fowler go. He doesn't give a shit about the fans. Rizzo leading off. Power hitter leading off? I prefer a Ricky Henderson or a Lou Brock.
