Related: About this forumDrive cycle not resetting some monitors on Chrysler 300 3.5L. In the past when my battery was disconnected
the computer monitors reset after drive cycles of around 50-60 miles. After my 300 failed two smog tests, Ive driven it nearly 200 miles and the monitors are still reading INC/Not Connected.
They include: Catalyst (CAT), Evaporative (EVAP) System, EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) and/or VVT System.
Any suggestions are sincerely appreciated.

(26,727 posts)It might well be some very simple reset they can do.
Every few months a "check tires" light comes on in my car (a 2017 Honda Fit). I just go to the dealership, they check the tires, then reset the light. No charge.

(249 posts)and buy a check engine light code reader with reset, it will clear the codes, says my husband. He was journey man mechanic back when they were called that. We have one in the shed that he used routinely to clear the codes on his old Ford 150. I checked Amazon and they have them from $24 to $40.
